We'd love to hear from you. PuzzIt is built and run by one person, and every message that comes in through the address below is read and answered by that same person — there is no support ticket queue and no canned-reply system standing in the way.
Found a puzzle that looks wrong, a board that seems unsolvable, or a button that does not behave? Copy the full page URL before you write in — most puzzle URLs carry a seed number that lets us reload the exact board you saw (for the daily puzzle, just tell us which day).
If there is a puzzle type you'd like to see on PuzzIt, or a change to an existing one that would make it more fun, tell us about it. We cannot promise every idea ships, but we do read all of them.
If a puzzle is hard to use with a keyboard, a screen reader, or under colour-vision differences, let us know which puzzle and what went wrong. Accessibility problems are treated as bugs, not feature requests, and they get looked at accordingly.
For advertising or partnership inquiries, include a short description of what you have in mind and how to reach you back, and we'll follow up.
We read every message and try to reply within a few days. If a bug report needs more detail — a screenshot, a browser and device, or steps to reproduce — we'll ask for it directly in our reply rather than leaving the thread hanging. For anything about how PuzzIt is run more broadly, our About page may already have the answer.
